The Sushi Suite is a cosy, intimate private dining room located in Nansensgade, Central Copenhagen that recently underwent a renovation to infuse sophistication and ambiance into the dining experience. The palette is deliberately understated to allow for the oversized lanterns to have centre stage, while the dusty rose coloured walls and walnut furniture add a grounding earthy atmosphere. The beautiful arched windows allow daylight to filter in and illuminate the textured walls.

An eclectic mix of rustic Japanese ceramics, traditional wooden bowls, oak trays and precious driftwood adorn the chunky walnut floating shelves at the far side of the room. These pieces have been carefully selected to compliment the furniture and have been borrowed from the clients extensive collection, which has been procured over the last 30 years. Loosely woven floor to ceiling curtains have been colour matched to the walls to soften the acoustics and to shield the guests from the buzz of the kitchen and service areas behind. During service they can be opened slightly to provide a glimpse of the activity beyond.
